With more than 30 years of experience in banking, operations, and customer service, along with several years coordinating Vermont real estate transactions in a busy law office, I founded Champlain Closing Solutions to provide professional transaction coordination services tailored to the needs of Vermont real estate professionals.

During my career, I’ve managed complex financial relationships, coordinated high-value transactions, implemented new systems, and worked in environments where accuracy, confidentiality, and deadlines were essential.
Most recently, I coordinated residential real estate transactions from executed Purchase & Sale Agreement through closing, working closely with real estate professionals, attorneys, lenders, title companies, buyers, and sellers throughout the process.
